Production Process
Drawing is the initial step in the production process, where designers create detailed product designs and structural blueprints using specialized software. These drawings serve as the foundation for subsequent manufacturing steps, ensuring the product meets customer expectations and functional requirements.
Injection molding involves heating plastic materials until they melt, then injecting the molten plastic into molds to shape the product. This step determines the basic shape and structure of the packaging and is a core process in cosmetic packaging manufacturing.
Offset printing is a method where ink is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket and then onto the packaging surface. It is suitable for large-scale production, providing high-quality, vibrant prints, commonly used for patterns and text on cosmetic packaging.
Silk screen printing involves transferring ink onto the packaging surface through a mesh screen. It is versatile, capable of printing on various materials and surfaces, and provides thick, vivid colors, making it ideal for brand logos and special designs on cosmetic packaging.
Hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic foil onto the packaging surface. This technique enhances the packaging's premium look and visual appeal, often used for logos, brand names, and decorative elements on cosmetic products.
The lock cover process ensures the cap and bottle fit tightly together to prevent leaks. This step is performed either manually or by machine, guaranteeing that each package meets the required sealing standards.
After inspection involves quality checks on the finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Inspection criteria include appearance, dimensions, print quality, and sealing effectiveness, ensuring each product is flawless.
Dust removal is the final step in packaging production, ensuring the products are completely clean and free of dust or contaminants before packaging. Specialized dust removal equipment is used to clean the product surfaces, maintaining their cleanliness during transportation and sale.
